These terms apply when you order food and drink for pickup from Demo Ristorante on this website.
Seller
You buy from the restaurant: Demo Ristorante, Hovedgaden 1, 2800 Kongens Lyngby, phone 12 34 56 78, email demo@example.dk. The ordering system is provided by Restonaldo, which is not a party to your purchase.
Prices
All prices are in the currency shown, are final and include all taxes, including any VAT. An online service fee, shown before you order, is added to the total. The price you pay is the total shown at checkout.
How your order becomes binding
Placing an order is an offer to buy with an obligation to pay. The contract is made when the restaurant accepts the order, which you can follow on the tracking page. If the restaurant cannot accept your order it is rejected, and anything you paid online is refunded in full.
Payment
You pay at the restaurant when you collect your order.
Pickup
Orders are collected at the restaurant at the time shown on your order. Please bring your order number.
Allergens
Allergens are listed with each dish where the restaurant has recorded them. If you have an allergy or intolerance, contact Demo Ristorante on 12 34 56 78 before ordering. Food is prepared in a kitchen that handles many allergens, so traces cannot be ruled out.
Alcohol
Alcohol is only sold to people aged 18 or older. You confirm your age at checkout, and staff may ask for ID at pickup and refuse to hand over alcohol without it.
No right of withdrawal
Food and drink prepared for you deteriorate quickly, so the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply (Danish Consumer Contracts Act, forbrugeraftaleloven § 18, stk. 2, nr. 4).
Complaints
If something is wrong with your order, contact Demo Ristorante as soon as possible, preferably at pickup. You have the rights of the Danish Sale of Goods Act (købeloven). If you cannot reach an agreement with the restaurant, you can complain to the Danish consumer complaints portal, Forbrugerklageportalen, at www.forbrug.dk.
Receipt
When the restaurant receives your order, a receipt with the order, its price and these terms is sent to the email address you gave.
